1. Definitions

You may only register one Account per person. Multiple Accounts by the same individual are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate termination of all Accounts and forfeiture of funds.

2.3 Account Verification (KYC)

lon55 is required by law to verify your identity before processing withdrawals. You must provide valid identification documents including:

• Government-issued photo ID (KTP - Indonesian identity card, passport, or driver's license)
• Proof of address dated within the last three months (utility bill, bank statement, or government correspondence)

Failure to provide requested verification documents within 30 days may result in Account suspension and withdrawal restrictions.

3. Account Security and Responsibilities

3.1 Password and Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials. You must:

• Choose a strong password and keep it confidential
• Never share your password or Account access with third parties
• Immediately notify lon55 if you suspect unauthorized access to your Account
• Log out after each session, especially when using shared or public devices

lon55 will never ask you for your password via email, phone, or live chat. Any such request should be reported immediately.

3.2 Prohibited Activities

You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities:

• Using automated software, bots, or scripts to interact with the Platform
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities for financial gain
• Colluding with other players to gain unfair advantage
• Engaging in fraudulent deposits or payment reversals
• Using VPNs, proxies, or other tools to mask your location (unless specifically permitted)
• Reverse engineering or attempting to extract source code from the Platform
• Transmitting viruses, malware, or other harmful code
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing other players or staff

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

• E-Wallets: OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja

Minimum deposit: Rp 10,000. Maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and VIP tier. All deposits are processed in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR).

You may only deposit funds from payment methods registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited and will be rejected.

4.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed according to the following terms:

• Minimum withdrawal: Rp 50,000
• Maximum withdrawal per transaction: Rp 50,000,000
• Daily withdrawal limit: Rp 100,000,000 (higher limits for VIP tiers)
• Processing time: Most withdrawals completed within 5-30 minutes

First-time withdrawals require completed KYC verification. Subsequent withdrawals are processed automatically once verification is complete.

4.3 Fees and Charges

lon55 does not charge fees for deposits or withdrawals. However, your bank or payment provider may impose their own transaction fees, currency conversion charges, or processing fees, which are beyond our control.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

• Exploiting technical errors or bonus calculation mistakes
• Colluding with other players to meet wagering requirements artificially

6. Betting Rules and Game Integrity

6.1 Sports Betting

lon55 offers betting on a wide range of sports including football (bandar bola), basketball, tennis, and more. Specific rules apply:

• Bets are settled based on official results from recognized sports governing bodies
• Live betting markets may be suspended during critical moments for odds adjustment
• If an event is abandoned or postponed, bets will be void unless otherwise stated
• Maximum payout per bet slip: Rp 500,000,000
• Mix parlay (accumulator) bets require all selections to win for payout; one void selection reduces payout accordingly

6.2 Casino Games

6.3 Results and Disputes

In the event of a dispute regarding game results or bet settlement:

7. Responsible Gaming

9. Account Suspension and Termination

• Your Account shows signs of unauthorized access

• You must not attempt to create a new Account

You may also close your Account voluntarily by contacting customer support. Pending bets will be settled before closure.

All content on the lon55 Platform, including but not limited to logos, graphics, text, software, and game interfaces, is the property of lon55 or its licensors and is protected by Indonesian and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You may not:

• Copy, reproduce, modify, or distribute any Platform content without written permission
• Use lon55 trademarks, logos, or branding in any manner
• Create derivative works based on Platform content
• Frame or link to the Platform in a manner that suggests endorsement by lon55

11. Privacy and Data Protection
